Welcome to the SportsWorld Delivery and Return guide.  We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the delivery and return information below to help guide you.  If you have any questions regarding delivery or returns, please feel free to email us at sales@sportsworld.co.za  

Orders over R1000 qualify for FREE DELIVERY within South Africa.  For orders under R1000 a delivery fee will be charged.

All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Delivery times:

  • Once the order's been made up, and Shipped, Delivery times are between 2 - 5 days but may vary according to area
  • If you prefer a quicker Overnight Courier Service, please contact us

We use the following Courier Services to service the areas below:

  • MyCourierSA : Cape Town and Surrounds 
  • MyCourierSA : Major Cities, e.g. Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, East London, George, etc. 
  • Aramex: Outlying Areas, e.g. Upington, Kuruman, Malmesbury, etc throughout South Africa 

Once we have sent your order, we will email you a confirmation with the courier details and a tracking number.

Returns or Exchange

We want your shopping experience at SportsWorld to be top notch! We hope you love each item you receive. If not, we are here to help. Check out our simple returns below. If you have any questions email us at sales@sportsworld.co.za 

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To refund or exchange simply email us with your order number at sales@sportsworld.co.za  

Refunds are issued back via VCS (Virtual Card Services) direct to your card used for payment, or EFT into your bank account.  Please supply your banking details and branch code on your email to us.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will courier an exchange for free.

IMPORTANT INFO:

Returns must be received in an unworn, saleable condition with original proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return. 
When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.

For hygienic reasons, we do not refund used saddles or bib shorts.
